He has built a strong client network across Africa, the Middle East, and global markets, driving business growth and achieving regional sales targets. His strengths lie in market research, strategy development, tender processes, and providing technical and cost-effective solutions for international projects.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration, he possesses 13 years of experience in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and developing performance-enhancing strategies, with a particular focus on African markets. His strong foundation in communication and relationship-building has been honed through valuable experience at leading multinational corporations such as Samsung Electronics and DHL Supply Chain.
He is seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in general management, sales, and business development across the energy and automotive sectors. He has successfully led major multinational companies in Turkiye, including Perkins, Hendrickson, FPT and Cummins , driving market expansion and revenue growth. He has a proven track record of boosting sales and optimising operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
He has over 40 years of expertise in generator set manufacturing, synchronization systems, power distribution panels, ECM-controlled engine diagnostics, mechanical revisions, and troubleshooting complex failures. He possesses extensive knowledge of CAT, Cummins, and Perkins engines, among others. Former Turkish Marine Officer for over 20 years, he was responsible for resolving critical technical issues on naval vessels. Throughout his career, so far he has traveled to 78 countries, leading global commissioning projects and ensuring the seamless operation of power systems worldwide.
